She is fully aware of contractual obligations at all times. One of Tricia’s prime focuses is ensuring that proper procedures and practices are in place to achieve maximum efficiency. This ensures that all projects are completed on time and within the prescribed budget. Tricia has an extensive background working with clients during the construction of new homes and commercial projects. Tricia continually checks specifications and expectations.
